Spears And Munsil Calibration Disc Download Torrent

I'm trying to use the SM disc for some basic cal on my JVC X5000 until I get it professionally calibrated. I have a light controlled room btw and AT screen.
I'm struggling on the first few settings.
1) Contrast. I've got the iris set to -15 and am down to something like -35 contrast (out of 50) and still can barely make out the highest bars and can't see all the black boxes within the coloured boxes.
2) Brightness. Even with brightness at max 50 I can't see the two left hand bars.

Disney WOW: World of Wonder seems like a good choice. Also I've herd that Spears & Munsil High Definition Benchmark is a good choice. Since XBMC won't handle a bluray ISO (as far as menus), is there any reason a DVD ISO wouldn't work for calibration. Disney Wow is more consumer oriented and well liked and Spears & Munsil is more technical and highly regarded. I used some AVS HD709 calibration patterns and images to set 4:2:0 video levels and.016 ref.black levels and color saturation so it wont clip colors and detail within the 4:2:0 range for TV and media and 4:4:4 /RGB full on PC input.
